Hi,

Can someone please recommend the best unflavored protein to add to food?  Something that doesn't smell and/or make the food taste funny?

Thanks!

My Nutritionist recommended unjury protein powder. They have it unflavored and also have a chicken soup flavor. The thing with adding protein powder to food is that the food can't be hot or it will thicken and it won't be very good in the food. It's best to cool the food before you add it and do not cook food with protein powder in it or it will be horrible texture wise and taste.

I can't find unjury in any stores, or vitamin shops. The only place I can find it is on line.

Hi Coreen, Ya Sure I will help you out. I am using a protein powder, which is unflavoured and my wife is using this protein powder even in my food, while cooking. It is giving me a best result for my kids health. If you are really interested I will help you out to buy this.
