Tracking food prior to surgery HELP!!
My husband and I have begun tracking our food at my doctor's suggestion. I am often under my calories and carbs but over on my protein. Sometimes I am over on fat but under on all the rest of the categories.
What is more important? To meet your calories, carbs or the other factors? Is it hurting my weightloss efforts if I am over on my protein but inder on carbs and calories?
