Trouble trcking counts

Still really new at this and could use some advice.... Having trouble tracking carbs, fats, sugarsand calories. I guess I'm just not sure on the amounts allowed each meal and per day. My doctor and dietician only discussed proteins and water intake. I'm losing but really slow compared to most on here so I really could use some help.
