Not enough Carbs
I'm always seeing where people are worried about eating too many carbs, but I want to know what the affects of eating too little carbs are. Most day's I get under 10g, but sometimes I have to add stupid stuff to up my carbs. And I don't seem to be any more tired now then anytime in the past. I workout everyday, so I'm good there. Just curious.

I think 10g a day is a way less than you have to eat! But you have to know that they are simple and complex carbohydrates if you eat simple carbohydrates and don't burn right a way the energy they produce in your body they are going to become fat. So you have to eat more complex carbohydrates.
