i've been on a liquid diet for nearly 3 weeks now, and on wednesday i meet with the nutritionist to discuss the puree stage!  yay!  i am soooo craving real food and spices!!! (i can have spices, right?)

i know about eggface's website, which looks amazing, but i am wondering what you guys found to be most delicious and agreeable to you in this stage, and what foods did not agree with you in this stage....

thanks for your input!

Whatever you do, do NOT puree veggie-beef soup! I was craving this SO much when I was a few days post-op, so I made a big pot of it (first mistake) and pureed it (second mistake).

It was so disgusting that it was MONTHS before I could stand the sight of it.

I dont' cook, so I basically just took hard boiled eggs, tuna or chicken and put them each in a food processor until mush and then mixed with mayo. I also ate scrambled eggs really mushy with melted cheese, yogurt and cream of tomato soup.

I never though I would go for pureed eggs, but that sounds great! I'm on my 2nd week of liquids, mushys start tomorrow. Thanks for the ideas!
