nothing tates good ??

I had my sugery Monday and I am sore !! but,  nothing tates good < guys help me what do I eat ?

I know how you feel. Just keep trying to find something you can tolerate and keep sipping.
I loved chicken broth with unjury powder plain.
I also made jello with protein powder.
Neither tasted yummy but I could tolerate them.
I still have difficulty with taste and smell at one month out, but it seems to be improving.

THis is only tempory.      For the first few monthes after  my RNY surgery nothing tasted good.  At first I was angrey.  Life is not fair.   I can only eat small amounts and food didn't taste good.  Pity party for  me.   Then I realized liking food too much is what got me fat to start with.  Realizing this helped me start changing my life.  Now I eat to live not live to eat like before.

After a few months your taste for food will improve.   Good luck brenda
