Artificial Ingredients in Various Proteins

Is anyone else concerned about all of the artificial ingredients in what appears to be every protein powder and ready to drink out there?

Why do they add all of thet "junk" to what is supposed to be a healthy meal replacement?

Anyone know of any all natural proteins out there?

I was looking into some of them and I found one that seemed to be very interresting a while a go, it is protein powder made from hemp, and the manufacturer was based in canada, Organic, with omega 3 and omega 6... I haven't tryed, to far for ordering anything from europe...
