Receipe made.. hummus yogurt dip

Ok really wanted something mideastern today for lunch.

Here is what I came up with:

1/4 cup unflavored fat -free Fage greek yogurt (5g protein)
10 tsp egg whites powder (10g protein)
2 tbl prepackaged olive hummus (3g protein)
salt and garlic to taste.

served with 4 low fat wheat thins.

Made for a great lunch. Thought I would share!

Thanks for posting this. I'm combing through the site for good recipes and this sounds pretty good.
