Gas

This is an embarassing question but does anyone have problems with gas since having the Gastric Bypass surgery?

OH YEAH!!!!!!  BIG PROBLEMS!!!!

But, there is help!  I now take probiotics, and it cuts down on the problem immensely!  You can do the Acidopolis "pearls" or any on the market.  Due to malabsorption, we need to take at least double of what the package says.

Right now, I take the NSI 10-20 from www.Vitacost.com.  NSI is Vitacost's house brand and less expensive.  I take one in the morning and one at night.  Lately, I seem to be having a few more gas problems and am considering adding one mid-day.

This is the only thing that I have found to work, but my family is very grateful!
