Medifast without a microwave

I just moved into a new apartment (adorable and five blocks to the beach-talk about incentive to lose weight!).  The problem is that I don't have a microwave, nor do I have the room for one (the place is so tiny, I have to step outside to change my mind).  Does anyone know of guidelines for preparing the Medifast soups/oatmeals without one?  I can boil a mean kettle of water, but I'm not finding the right method.  I either get walpaper paste (soup) or broth (oatmeal), when it was the other way around before.  Thanks for reading, and best of luck in your journey.

Hi,
I had some luck with mixing the oatmeal, soups, hot drinks in cold water........letting them sit and mix for a while then heating them in a small sauce pan...good luck
