getting back on target

thought if i post so others could see i wouldnt take long to get back on track

breakfast
cereal w yougart  (no milk in the house)
perogies 6 plain
large.  cheese steak w cheese and onions from pat's (https://pats-newcastle.foodtecsolutions.com:9443/menu?catego ry=Hot%20Subs)

since i didnt eat most of the day.  it took an hour to eat the sandwich. 

spend the day working on the computer. 

drank about a quart or so. 



he cook breakfast this morning.  a treat since he doesnt cook.
he made scrapple, home made pan fried potatoes w onions and egg.

i didnt want to hurt his feelings so i had scrapple and the egg.
