I start full liquids on Monday and I would like to have these for breakfast, my question is what liquid do I use to make them? Can I use milk? Anyone try that Almond Breeze with Carnation? Whats everyone else mixing their CIB with?

Milk, it packs more of protein punch.  With milk 13 grams of protein and without 5 grams of protein.  The chocolate tastes just like chocolate milk.

Best wishes,
Cindy

I'm not a CIB fan, too many calories for not enough protein. Have you tried Whey Gourmet? They have Choco/PB that you can mix with water and it's still pretty thick and really good. 120 calories, 3gms carbs, 20gms protein.

I used(d) 2% milk in mine but that's my preference.  You'll find different proteins - liquid or powder that will be your preference.  I also use Protien 100 - a liquid that I use in Crystal lite - 15 proteins in 1 oz.
