Weighing food - before or after???
Okay, I've got a weird question.
I have a piece of skinless, boneless chicken, uncooked, weighing 7.1oz.
I bake it and weigh it before putting it on my plate. It's 6.05oz.
Do I enter into my calorie tracking site as 7.1 or 6.05?
Like I know quarter pounder burgers are pre-cooked weight, too. How do you enter them?
I've always put it in as the 7.1, mainly because I never thought to weigh it AFTER. =P
