Is this a bad lunch?
fresh greens with Feta,corn and roasted red peppers. I ate half of the salad so 1 tbl spoon of feta, 1 of corn, and 1 of roasted red peppers. I had dressign on the side olive oil & balsalmic Vin 1tbl spoon of the olive oil and .5 to 1 of balsamic. It was the first lunch to keep me full in months been struggling alot lately.
While it does sound very healthy, I would try to make it more protein rich. Really the only thing that is jumping out at me as having protein is the feta, and honestly, you are hardly getting any protein from that small amount. 1/4 cup of crumbled feta is only approx. 5g of protein, so you are looking at less than 5g. eating only 1 tablespoon
