Yummy Receipe to share with yall!

This is a VERY YUMMY meal i have created, and it is full of EVERYTHING GOOD FOR YOU!!!

2 egg whites
1/8 cup chopped onion
5 small sliced mushrooms
1 pinch flax seed (optional - helps digestion and is a "super food")

***fry this up in a non-stick pan - spray a lil pam in there - and BAM! yum yum***

Calories:70
Fat: 0.3
Protein:10.02
carb: 7
Fiber: 1.2 (I add a teaspoon of powder fiber to this - you cant taste it and it makes it healthier!)

This is a "super meal" very healthy for you and low low low calorie / almost fat free meal.
the salsas hot peppers speed up metab also!!!

Thanks,  I am going to keep this one.  I'm only 14 days post op, and cannot have that stuff yet, but it sounds great!
