Here are my labs @ 3 months. I have medicaid but really nothing to spend @ vitalady. Can I get some help please?

Ferritin - 12.1 (30 - 400)
Hemoglobin - 16.2 (12.5 - 16)
Hematocrit - 51 (37 - 47)
Cholesterol - 140 (110-220)

It looks like your iron is low, so if you are not taking iron, I recommend you get some. I think you can get some by prescription, if your Medicaid will pay for prescriptions, so that might help.
Your vitamin D is also low. There are two types of vitamin D, D2 and D3. The kind you need to take is D3. D2 is not absorbed well at all and won't do you any good. Unfortunately, only D2 is available by prescription. You have to just buy D3 over the counter.
Are you taking B12? Yours is not dangerously low or anything, but we really want it up around 900. You can get B12 shots from you doctor, which Medicaid should pay for. Or you can buy over the counter sublingual B12.
