Empire Blue Cross/Blue Sheild Texas

Does anyone have experience in getting approved with Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Texas?

Are you sure you have Empire BC/BS of TX.  My company offers Empire BC/BS and I work for them out of TX but the policy is actually a NY policy and that offers some benefits.  I had no waiting period under Empire BC/BS where as BC/BS of TX did have a waiting period.
