what is everyone else eating in a typical day?

i am so bored with my menu plan......i need some ideas. I am 8 months post op (RNY) and i know i don't get enough protein......i need some menu suggestions. I have two small kids.....so no time to be cooking a lot......so any easy suggestions would be great. Just an idea as to what everyone else is eating in their daily life. snack suggestions would be helpful too.
