I'm looking for a good low fat or fat free mayo...any suggestions?

also, i found a fat free, low sugar ice cream...are we allowed to have that?

and at what point, if ever, can we have sliced bread and pickle relish?

Mayo is relatively easy to make yourself which gives you control over fat content, etc.... Here is a link to a homemade mayo using olive oil: http://allrecipes.com/HowTo/Making-Mayonnaise/Detail.aspx

YOU CAN FIND LIGHT OLIVE OIL MAYO TOO. TRY TRADER JOES OR WHOLE FOODS.
I CAN'T DO BREAD OR SOFT TORTILLAS OR ANYTHING SOFT. IT HAS TO BE TOAST. CRACKERS OR HARD TORTILLAS, BUT I TRY TO AVOID DUE TO FAT.   I USED RELISH AS EARLY AS MY PUREE DAYS IN MY TUNA. AND NOE I CAN ENJOY PICKLES!  I CUT THEM UP REALLY SMALL AND CHEW WELL, BUT OH SO YUMMY!!  I USE THE FAT FREE/SUGAR FREE ICE CREAM IN MY PRETEIN SHAKES TO MAKE THEM THICK AND COLD (1 SMALL SCOOP = 1/2 CUP)  ITS TOO YUCKY ALONE FOR ME UNLESS I ADD SUGAR FREE CHOC SYRUP TO IT!!!!!!!
OH AND I EAT ALITTLE MAYBE 2 TBSP WITH SOME MIXED FRUIT ON OCCASSION FOR A SPECIAL DESSERT.
