Fish Oil & Lap Band

Banded and looking for a fish oil supplement.  What are you taking that is small enough for lap bands?

I was taking Lovaza before I got banded. Huge pills, 4 a day. Really helps with the triglycerides. Can't do that anymore.

I don't know of any small fish oil pill, but they do have liquid. I was using it on my cats per the vet's orders, so you would have to check out the vet for it. It is a highly refined and filtered oil, so no toxins and mercury and it didn't smell. Also no shoving a huge pill down the cat's throat. I did have to stop giving it to them because they began to smell like fish. I don't know if this would be true in humans, being as we are much larger.

Why dont you take the Omega 3 oil aka flaxseed oil.
