Food plan diary
I just started tracking my meals today (I know I've been slacking) and I was curious if you include your drinks with it (other than water of course)? Like earlier today I had some of the diet hot chocolate mixed w/ protein powder and I've been sipping on sugar free cranberry-grape juice mixed w/ protein powder. However I'm not sure how to track that, as I have not come close to finishing either one, plus I also didn't use a full scoop of the protein w/ the hot chocolate. Should I just keep it to tracking the food?

1) This will help you track your fluids so you can help ensure you are getting enough.
2) The beverages you mention contain calories & carbs - both of which "count" towards your daily calorice & carb goals/limits (whatever they are).
