Need Help With A Diet Plan!!!
Have you had weight loss surgery? If not and you are looking to lose a little weight, you can start with these suggestions: Aim for 3 meals a day. Watch your portion size and aim for lean protein and vegetables at meal times. Try to avoid too many carbohydrates coming from breads, rice, pasta, potatoes, crackers and sugars **** cream, cakes, candies, etc). Having a little bit of fruit with your meal or as a snack is a good idea. Other healthy snack ideas might be a reduced fat cheese stick, turkey jerky, fruit, dannon light & fit yogurt, raw veggies. You might even try doing a protein drink for breakfast...the Nectar protein powder is a good low calorie/low carb/high protein choice. It would also be helpful to eat out less, try to bring your lunch with you. Eating out can result in overeating and a higher calorie meal versus preparing foods at home.
I hope this gives you some ideas, good luck!
