I have been looking all over trying to find popcorn seasoning ever since someone at Dr. Neff's support group mentioned it 2 months ago. I have looked in Path-Mart, Shop-Rite and Acme but not to be found. So I was at the Super WalMart yesterday and there it was right next to the Pop Corn! So I bought myself 4 bottles! 2 of the White Cheddar and 2 of the Parmesan & Garlic. Each has only 2 calories per 1/4 teaspoon and 0.80 sodium per the same serving size. Everything else is a bit fat 0! Nota! All all my O.H. family  U can not go to the local Super WalMart and get yourself some and Pop Corn dose not have to be so plain anymore.

Hi. I am a VSG (sleeve) patient so I can eat most everything, just much less of it. LOL wink...Everyone is different as is each surgery type. I would consult your doctor or nut to be sure. I would not want to give you incorrect information for your surgery type. I am 6 months out and have just added it to my diet. So far no problems. Thank goodness!

I had RNY in 2007 and I began eating popcorn about 6 months out. It is on the do not eat list but I loves me some popcorn. Hot buttery and salted. I can eat it no other way. No sense in try to go low calorie on my popcorn. I have had no problems with it at all. If I dont pop it fresh myself, I get the  mini bags which are just the right proportion for me. I do watch myself, becuase popcorn (among other things) was a big comfort food for me. I wont eat popcorn if I am stressed or feeling bad.

Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!

Thanks for the information. I am on a liver shrinkage diet and have been since February. I can have popcorn but no butter or salt.. The popcorn toppings sound great. I shop at walmart all the time but never checked for the toppings there. I will the next time I shop.. Yipee popcorn again...

YAY! I've gotta try these. I pop my own popcorn- never the bags just too much oil in those, they bother my tummy.   I've been doing salt, "Sweet" butter (just a little) and parm cheese. But I'd love to try the parm and garlic pr white chedder. Those sound Nomnom!
