I'd like to download a new Food log. I've been using Fitday, but wondering if there are other better programs. Mostly, i have problems finding the foods i eat... especially international foods like Indian foods.
I use the Daily plate also. I found fit day to be too cumbersome. Lots of people feel fit day is more accurate, but I honestly don't want to be obessive or make tracking a chore and TDP was close enough to give me a good idea of my intake for me.
