I have been at a stall for a couple of months now so I have boost up my protien intake. I have been using Unjury no flavor powder as far as my protein go, I tried some new protien powder last night and it was wonderful. I just don;t know if i am allowed to drink it it was the Muscle Milk Strawberry/ Banana. Can we drink this before I go out an purchase a container..... It was wonderful to me....

I use the Unjury Protein Powders...they are whey isolates and mix very well in whatever. The vanilla and chocolate are great. The unflavored I use in jello, sugar free puddings, juice, and even in a smoothie or shake.
If you have a good blender...go to town and enjoy. Chocolate protein powder, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup frozen berries and 1 cup of 1% milk or water....and blend.....you'll enjoy it.
You can also add the unflavored to soups....they have a chicken flavor that you can mix and use in cooking veggies...and, you're getting prime protein out of that! Go to their site and check 'em out.
Good luck in your coming experience. I was banded March 12, 09 and am -46 pounds today! I love my band...and the more practice you get with making different things, the more you'll enjoy the journey!!!
