Maintenance Diet Recommendations
Hello all,
I'm at 5 months and very nearly to my goal weight. I'm curious as to what my caloric intake and mix should be when I get there. I understand that activity plays a big part but I'm looking for "generic" guidelines.
I am male, 6' tall, currently weigh 184 with a goal of 170-175. Moderatly active at work and home but not that great in the gym.
Any suggestions?

Google a metabolism calorie counter website and it will help you find out how many calories you need daily to maintain your weight for your activity level. What I have learned is that you must keep and even increase your activity level and keep your total daily calories low in order to maintain yoaur weight. Good luck.
