Ok, probably a duh..question, but i will ask it anyway...

So does clear liqiuds mean the fluid you injest has to be "clear", colorless or just free from cream/milk based thinkness?

I mean I am 2 days away from my BIG DAY and I am on "clear liquids" for 3 days before and I was wondering is it ok, to eat sf jello if it's not "clear" it's orange, or my crystal light is fruit punch and red.

Also, is it OK to have chicken broth that is 99% FF but is very salty?

Yep, yep, yep and yep.

I was told, clear is anything you can see though. Anything with a cream is no/no. In milk fat free is ok.

Woo Hoo on your upcomming Big Day.

yes, unless you have issues with high sodium, chicken broth is salty but right now you are wanting to
stay hydrated.
