Egg Drop Soup?

Does Egg drop soup work as a liquid or a puree? Also does anyone know abou tthe carbs and protein on this?

Yumm.....I'm not sure, but you have my mouth watering.......

I started eating it about a week out from surgery - stayed away from the larger egg clumps - but oh so good.

The dailyplate.com breaks a cup of generic takeout egg drop soup as having the following:

70 calories
3 g fat
3 g carbs
8 g protein
