Xpost any vegetarians?
if you eat vegetarian or vegan I'm interested.
how do you fit in enough protein? plant sources seem so bulky which is great if you have a normal sized stomach.
anybody with info? if so, I got questions.

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.
PM me if you are interested in either of these.
size 8, life is great
Hi Jackie,
You can get some great protein from vegerarian products such as veggie/soy/tofu burgers, sausages, patties, etc. Morningstar Farms is a good product for example (try to avoid the breaded items). Unless you're vegan, fish and eggs are also great sources of protein. Greek yogurt (found at Trader Joes) has a good amount of protein in it. Beans and legumes have some protein however they are also higher in carbohydrate so don't rely on those for your primary protein intake. I hope this gives you a good place to start.
