What were your lifting restrictions post op?  I'm having Lap RNY at the end of the month, and can't find this in my litterature from the surgeon.  I'll call the office to find out, and I'm sure they'll tell me after surgery, but I'd like to know what you were told.

***Just realized I posted this on the wrong board- Meant to put on the RNY board, not nutrition. Oops- Will repost.

I was told no more than 15 pounds for a week and then I was instructed to take it easy with the lifting...I assume that means I'm not to lift my 50 pound kid or 60 pound dog... ;)
