I know regular coffee is a diuretic.  Is decaf too??  If not, does anyone have any good decaf coffee recipes?

I think caffeine is the diuretic in coffee, so you shouldn't get the same results with decaf.

nope, decaf is not a diuretic and therefore not dehydrating to you.

There are lots of things to do with decaf....I drink it hot or cold, as a "latte" drink or an "americano".

I add SF syrups to it:  brown sugar and cinnamon, vanilla, english toffee, peppermint, ingerbread, caramel, etc.  Flavors it well, slightly sweet and no cals or carbs.  Best of all, I don't dump on it.

Try it.  You will find that you just might like it.
