Hi Fiber Drinks
Hello, I had bypass surgery 4 months ago and am doing well. It has been very difficult for me to get enough fiber in my diet, however. Last week I came across a wonderful powdered product (two, actually), All-Bran Fiber Tea and All-Bran Fiber Pink Lemonade, which provide 10 grams of fiber for only 20 calories. Naturally, the store immediately discontinued them. Can anyone tell me where I can find them, and/or how they solve the get-enuf-fiber problem? Thank you.

Hey Debbie..I haven't used those brands, but I LOVE Benefiber flavor packets in citrus and cherry pomegranate. I am so hooked on them and they definately help in the fiber arena. I find mine at Super WalMart either in the laxative section with the other Benefibers or in the food area with the Crystal Light. I make slushies with them at school during our breaks and my students have started liking them too!
