I use Triscuits when I "need" crackers.

I eat the multi grain crackers- when I eat them or will eat wheat thins.

Depends on why I am eating them

Whole wheat saltines are good.  Or Triscuits... or Wheat Thins are good too.  I love crackers... I try to avoid them because I can get carried away.

They make tons of crackers that are acceptable for us.

I like these Blue Diamond Almond Nut-Thin Cheddar Cheese crackers.  The are SUPER good.

When I need "crunch" I use the Gensoy Soy Chips. Found them in the diabetic section of my grocery store.  They are baked and have 7 grams of protein in 17 crisps. Cant eat that many. But makes me feel better about my choice of chips.
