what shoud I be eating
I find it hard to believe no one tried to answer this post for you, Shane. I am five years post surgery and am 15 pounds above my goal weight. Still in the healthy BMI range, but I need to lose 15 anyway. So, in a way, you can see I do know what I am talking about when I reply here.
After two months out, you really should have had some sort of follow up. Have you had follow ups with your nutritionist yet? What you can eat that won't make you sick is really trial and error. Some proteins still make me ill. I can NOT do protein shakes, just can't do them as I get sick every single time. Scrambled egg and low fat cheese are my options. I remember doing chicken baby food at your stage. I would microwave it and put pepper on it. It really wasn't bad.
I hope you find your answers...or have by now anyway. Take care!
