Im almost 4 weeks out and I throw up everything including water

On Monday Ill be 4 weeks out from surgery and I am so thirsty and hungry, I cant eat hardly anything without throwing it up:( Also I cant drink hardly any water, does anyone have any tips for me on what might not make me vomit. And how I can get more LIQUIDS!!! I only drink around  5oz of water now and im so thirsty:( My doctors knows I saw him on thursday of last week:)  I can eat applesause and bananas but thats about it!!!! HELP

I had the same problem.  I couldn't keep anything down including water.  I talked to my doctor and he said I had had a condition called stomal stenosis where the opening to my stomach was extremely small.  They went in and inserted a small balloon to expand the opening and I felt much better after that.

Thanks for the info Ill bring that up 2 my doctor , I just had to go to the e.r. and get a I V put in for liquids.  Thanks now I know IM not alone ,my family thinkks im crazy. IM NOT YEA

I've been there.  I got to spend 6 hours in the emergency room getting an iv to rehydrate me.  I was a little mad that the doctor didn't warn me about this condition but I guess there's so many problems/symptoms that they can't go over them all.  Everybody thought I was just whining about how much water I had to drink.  They all felt bad when it turned out that I had a condition causing the problem.  Hope you're feeling better.

I threw up everything when I had an abcess at 4 weeks out.  You might want to get a Ct of your abdomen.  Do you have any hard spots near your incisions? Do you have a low grade fever at night?

No I dont have any hard spots, but a fever yes:)
