I like the ones by Pure Protein (Peanut Butter or Chocolate Chip) in fact that's what I have most days for breakfast. they're convenient. I buiy them in a box of 15 at Sams's Club. I think they were either $14 or $17 per box. I like the flavor. Sorta chewy too. 20g of protein per bar.

they sell them in Wal-Mart too so if I run out I know that they're readily available and no shipping costs to have to pay this way.

I've tried alot of bars, pre and post op. My first favorite would have to be th South Beach Living Crispy Meal Bar (2310 cal, 19 g protein, 6 gms fat). The Chocolate is my favorite. I've tried the more expensive bars and this one I just live the best taste wise and it doesn't sit like a brick in my stomach like many others have.
