ZMA (Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate)
ZMA is used by body builders for two reasons. First, it helps them rehydrate after working out and losing minerals and vits through sweating.
Also, some claim it helps them "bulk up" faster....but who knows? Guys into body building are notorius for putting a LOT of crap in their body, that no one else would! I don't really know if we would absorb this supplement or not. There is upper limits on zinc intake, so I wouldn't go over what is recomended, I think it is 50mg a day?? Can't recall.....
Edited to add: If you're taking a mineral supplement, you would not need to take this. You would be repeating what is in there. Here's a link for you to read up on....
