is this normal

I had lap rny on Aug 27th, since Friday every time I take pain meds or drink anything, I only drink 30 ccs every 30 minutes, it goes straight through me in about 5 minutes after, is this normal, I also am still really swollen in the stomach.  Just want to make sure loose stools are okay and I am not doing something wrong!  Thanks

That is the same experience I had.  And the stomach felt swollen for over a week for me.

sorry to hear that!  today i stopped using the isopure protein they gave me at the hospital and did an unjury chocolate protein shake with 3 oz fat free lactose free milk, 3 oz water.  I took 2 hours to drink and no problem at all.  I think I was having a problem with the isopure.  I hope that was it.  I am still really swollen but hope that goes down in the next few days!
