What about soy milk?  Can that be used instead of the powders?

IMHO, I don't think soy milk can be substituted for the protein powders because either you will not get as much protein as you need ( 7grams in an 8oz glass)...so for 60 grams you would need to drink 9 glasses of soy...at 70 calories for an 8oz glass.....thats 630 calories that you are drniking. I use Whey Gourmet....and its 130 calories for 21 grams of protein. Hope this helps answer your question.

I wish I would have known about the New Whey Protein.  It's a protein isolate and only has about 180 calories but has 42 gm of Protein.  Simple, easy, and they don't make me sick.   They cost $3.50 each at a GNC but when you figure that's a meal, it isn't too bad (just like McDonalds.)

At one point I stalled and as soon as I began taking them, I dropped another 20 lbs.   Kinda cool and better yet, I kept it down.

Let me know if you try it.
