Ask a dietician-how many calories after gastric bypass?

At my 3 month check-up, I got increased to about 750 calories per day and stayed there until my 6 month post-op check-up when they increased me to 1000 calories per day.  I recently called them when I went below goal at about 10 or 11 months out and they increased me to 1250 per day.

Good luck!

PS

I just got a MedGem test done today.  I recommend EVERYONE have one.

Mine was $100 and came with a 1 hour nutrition consult with an RD.  I got it at a local medical center and it was wonderful.

(The actual test just involves breathing into a thing for 5 - 15 minutes.  It gives you what you RMR is.  Your RMR is what calories are burned just to maintain the involuntary functions in your body - like if you were in a coma and not moving at all.)

Good luck!
