What are your guidelines if you're 6-12 mo. Post Op

Just curious what dietary guidelines everyone was given.  Do you have to eat a certain amount of protein every day, not go over a number of calories, etc.?

Your NUT should have given you this information. Call your surgeon is what I am going to suggest.
