I was wondering if I can add protein powder to s/f instant jello and s/f instant pudding.  I was just wondering if anyone else has done that... Thanks,

Yes, well that product promotion does not really answer the question, although I am sure Unjury thanks you very much.  Has anyone tried putting protien powder into other products to add their protien consumption?  It certainly sounds doable, go ahead and give it a try.

I have mixed protein powder in with sugar free pudding cups. I just scoop the pudding in to a bowl, add the protein powder and eat. I would think it would work with instant pudding as well so long as you mixed it well. There is some issue with protein powders and heat so I don't know if it would work with pudding you have to cook.

Thanks!  I will try that tonight.  I don't have the cook and serve kind.
