Hello, I'm one week out from surgery. I ordered several of your different samples. of protien.  I need suggestions in how to use them. Reciepes etc. I'm not having much luck getting them down.  The flavor is a bit too strong or something.   I'm barely getting fluids and protien shakes down.  I'm not sick or in pain.  I just have no desire and full full after few sips.   Help

I am just now 4 weeks out from surgery and it has been an uphill struggle to get liquids in.  It does get easier and easier as the days go on which is a really good thing.  I have been worried about dehydration.  I have been told that it does take some time and to be patient.  I stink at patient Good Luck!
