It looks like the protein shakes are 8-10 oz. Are people using them as a meal? Or as a supplement?

For the first two years after my surgery, I had a protein shake for breakfast everyday. The shakes tend to be loaded with calories, so I found they were a meal for me. It's also good to check with you doctor/nutritionist on this one. Good luck, Lou
