Any suggestions?  What about Lactaid?  Does it taste the same as regular milk?

I can't drink milk for this reason and because it gives me cramps.  I can eat yogurt.  I don't eat cereal because of this intolerance but have mixed flavored ff yogurt with cereal once or twice when there was no other breakfast alternative for me.  I really don't miss milk.  I have tried soy milk, but it is high in calories.

I found an Unsweetened Vanilla Soy Milk...doesn't give me the lactose intollerance thing, no gas or cramps, lower in carbs then my milk so I'm a happy camper. Never tried Lactaid but it's worth a shot.  I don't do alot of milk these days... Ms Shell

I find almond milk to be very tasty. I also can not eat any milk and ohhh I miss eating cheese all day every day (feel free to give me a nudge if anyone has any ideas on getting a cheese fix-that will not make me ill) I have also found that greek and reg nsa yogurt does not seem to make me ill or in pain but- cottage cheese, milk, most all other milk products do. I treid drinking the lactaid and hood, but both still made my body react like I had regular milk. I think it is more than just lactose intolerance and also digestion of dairy in general depending on how it was proccessed??

Hood makes a milk called Calorie countdown that taste like milk with alot less fat and sugars and 9grams of protein, add a scoop of whey unflavored protein and you're at about  15/16 grams

I tried Lactaid, but it was surprisingly high in sugar...I couldn't handle it.

Try the Lactaid chewables right as you take your first bite of milk/milk product. Works wonders for me.
