Bariatric Fusion - Anyone heard of it?

I have called all over my area (even though I KNEW they didn't have any OptiSource) only to have that confirmed.  Apparently, there is an issue with the supplier. So, in my searching and reading reviews, someone posted about Bariatric Fusion.  Has anyone heard of this?   Here is a link to the nutrition facts: http://www.bariatricfusion.com/NutritionalFacts.html. It has everything OptiSource has BUT no Vitamin K, Phosphorus and Sodium.  Some of the nutrients are in more amounts than in OptiSource.  
Thoughts?

the person posting about Bariatric Fusion is posting on every single board. A salesperson, I suspect.
