Pre-op diet suggestion: This really works :)

In addition to walking, I have been losing weight by eating the South Beach Diet wraps. My favourites are the chicken Caesar and the sesame chicken. :)
I have lost about 10 lbs so far, and I notice the biggest loss when I eat them regularly. Each wrap kit (which contains enough food to make two small wraps) is enough for one meal. What's nice about these is, not only are they tasty, but they are made with whole wheats and lean meats.
My only suggestion is: If you eat two or three a day, be sure to have a piece of fruit, and/or a veggie with them (switch off), because they do not contain either.
Pick them up in the refrigerated section, near the Lunchables and the hot dogs.
I have another 10 lbs to go before my surgeon will proceed. (I am half-way there!) I am so thankful that South Beach has come out with these!
