Protein Shake Recipe

I made a yummy protein shake and posted it on my profile if anyone is struggling with protein.

Where do  you find the ingredients?  Health food store?

The protein powder came from vitalady.com and you can get the davinci sugar free syrups at walmart or you can order those from vita lady too.

my favorite is champion nutrition pure whey in vanilla flavor, add 8-10oz of water, 1 banana, and Dr.smoothie Pure Fruit puree (the only sugar is from the fruit itself)  its so yummy.
