Hi, Renee. I'm at 5 1/2 months. My nutritionist says I am to eat no more than 1 cup per meal. At 6 months, I can increase to approximately 1 1/2 cups per meal.
Of course, different practices say different things, so it would be best if you consult your doctor or nutritionist.
