Blood spot question

Since my WLS I have had on both of my fore arms outbreaks of what look like blood spots under my skin. I have ask my primary care DR before and she just ran her hand over it and said nothing, She did not seems concerned. They come on then clear up and appear again a few weeks later. Have you ever heard of this and what could it be from?  

Have you had your stored ferritin and hemo checked lately? These little spots are called petechiae. They are indication of amenia or very low iron usually. I have been getting them since childhood..some go away some don't. Mine are mostly flat and very small.
